Transatlantic Enrichment and Refresher Institute a Florida based Lifelong learning center of the Oshodi Foundation is in conjunction with the Dr. John Egbeazien Oshodi Foundation (JEOF), a Nigeria based Non-Profit educational and behavioral healthcare organization. Under JEOF is the proposed formation of a proposed education entity or corporate university with the sole purpose of systematic development of human capital that is in line with our long term vision of ethical development and growth of persons, and institutions. Thereby fostering lasting ethics based educational and professional solutions for the society and the African Continent. The proposed Online university which is to be known as Psych-Tech-Ethics University (PTEU) will serve as a strategic tool that will assist JEOF in conducting its goals as it relates to learning and knowledge. PTEU seeks to go beyond organizational training of its workers/trainees and gradually transform into a full online university in accordance to the law of the land where JEOF is in operation.
